HOW DO WE START?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the Contact section of the website with all of the details for your project. Please be sure to include as many details as possible so that we may find the best solution for you.
HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND?
Most projects take 1-3 business days to complete. This may be extended due to my work queue being more fulll than usual during the time your deposit is paid. I will always give you an accurate idea of turnaround before the start of the project.
*Please note that the only way to secure an agreed deadline is by paying a deposit. If a project needs to completed before the estimated turnaround, a rush fee will be applied.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
All project costs vary depending on the project. Each individual project is unique and some projects of the same type may be more costly than others. Please send an email to email@example.com or fill out the Contact section of the website with all of the details for your project to get a quote on your next project.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW/HIGH?
Each individual project is unique and some projects are more costly to produce than others. I offer reasonable rates for custom, quality work. Same say I'm too pricey, some say I'm too low. Design assets such as stock photos, fonts, and graphic elements are considered when pricing the project.
HOW DOES YOUR DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
2. After I receive your email and clarify details, a depost request is sent to you.
3. A proof is sent to you for approval.
4. I email your final files once the remaining balance is paid.

WHAT IF I DONT LIKE THE DESIGN?
The option to revise any project as many times as you need. How many revisons included for each project depends on the agreed terms of the project before we start. If we exceed the amount of revisions agreed upon, additional revision fees will apply.
*Please note that your deposit may not be fully refundable can serve as a cancellation fee.
WHAT DESIGN SOFTWARE DO YOU USE?
I design using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.)
CAN YOU SEND ME THE .PSD FILE?
.Psd files and all other source files are available upon request. They are not included with your project and additional fees will apply.
DO YOU PRINT?
Yes, I do. If you want any of your designs printed after completion, I work with trusted printers nationwide. I can have your designs printed and delivered to you, usually within 5-10 business days. I will provide a quote to you uopn request.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I run my online graphic design business based out of Haverhill,MA, but I service businesses and individuals worldwide.
